Repairs and rebinding start from £90. Every book is different, so once we've seen photos we'll send you a quote before any work starts.
Most repairs take 4–6 weeks from when we receive the book. Commission timings are agreed upon quotation, and can be longer if special materials need ordering.
For old and historically important books, we try to keep as much of the original as possible. For books with family rather than historical value, we can be more creative. I'll always talk you through the options first.
Once you've accepted the quote and paid a deposit, we'll send you the workshop address. You can post it (tracked and insured, please) or drop it off by appointment.
By tracked, insured post, or you're welcome to collect it.

None at all. Workshops are designed for beginners, and all tools and materials are provided.
Full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that we'll gladly move you to another date, or you can send someone in your place.
Yes, get in touch with your group size and preferred dates.
Yes. If you change your mind, let me know within 14 days of receiving your order and return it unused within a further 14 days for a refund. Return postage is paid by you.
Personalised or made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
